Refund and Returns Policy

At Flawless Luxxe Strands, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair extensions, wigs, and custom-made units, we enforce a strict No Refund and Limited Return policy. Please read the terms below carefully.

Returns Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item delivered was incorrect (wrong length, texture, or product).
The product is defective or significantly damaged during delivery.
To qualify for a return:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of the product before approving any return or exchange.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Custom-made wigs
Wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered
Wig revamp or repair services
Wig installations and styling sessions
Hair used for installation or services
Discounted or clearance items

Refunds
We do not offer cash or card refunds. If a return is accepted, you may receive:
A replacement of the same item or service
A store credit to use on future purchases
In rare cases, a partial refund, at our discretion
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted due to dissatisfaction from improper care, failure to follow instructions, or issues outside our control (e.g., allergic reactions, color perception, incorrect sizing provided by the customer).

Processing Time
Approved returns or store credits may take 3–7 business days to process after inspection. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once a decision is made.
