Welcome to Flawless Luxxe Strands (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking a service, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our business and your experience as a valued customer.

1. Services & Product Availability
We strive to keep all product listings, services, and prices accurate and up to date. However, product availability is subject to change without notice. In the rare case of unavailability after an order, we reserve the right to offer a similar replacement, delay delivery, or issue a store credit.

2. Booking and Appointments
Appointments are only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit is paid. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without notice may result in rescheduling or forfeiture of the session.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if the client violates salon policies, is disrespectful to staff, or fails to follow professional conduct.

3. Payments
We accept payment via direct bank transfer, POS, and approved payment gateways. All prices listed are final and non-negotiable. Orders and services must be paid for in full before completion or dispatch.

4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products (human hair, wigs, custom services), all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However:
Exchanges or corrections may be made for defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.
Custom wigs, revamps, and installations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to inspect and validate any return or complaint before taking action.

5. Wig Services & Custom Orders
Custom wigs are made based on specifications provided by the client. We are not liable for dissatisfaction arising from incorrect head measurements, styling preferences not disclosed, or changes after production.
All custom wig sales are final once production begins.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and product names, is the property of Flawless Luxxe Strands and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any allergic reactions, scalp conditions, or damages resulting from improper use, application, or care of our products. All clients are responsible for disclosing any sensitivities or concerns prior to service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process customer data only as necessary to provide services and fulfill orders. We do not share personal information with unauthorized third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or website shall be handled under Nigerian jurisdiction.
